Framework have achieved planning permission for a new Co-operative food store at Springfield Road, Grantham. The proposed building has a traditional form, utilising contemporary brickwork detailing.

Planning approval


Framework has designed and secured detailed planning permission for a new affordable housing development at Ancholme Road, Scunthorpe, on behalf of ONGO Homes.

Situated on the site of a former shopping arcade and flats the project provides a total of thirteen affordable homes comprising 5 two-bedroom and 8 three-bedroom properties.

The layout observes established building lines in order to harmonise with the existing houses and help ‘repair’ the street scene with appropriately scaled buildings while maintaining the privacy and amenity of adjacent existing residential properties.



Listed Building consent


Framework have achieved Listed Building and Planning consent for the conversion of a Grade II listed building in Market Place, Boston, Lincolnshire to commercial at ground floor with residential apartments over.



The Corn Exchange, Lincoln
