The project involved the conversion of a large Victorian property into 6 luxury private apartments as well as extensive external works to create communal gardens and improved parking facilities.

Situated within a conservation area the alterations had to be sympathetic to the location with minimal impact on the existing structure.

The works however, involved the reordering of the main ground floor entrance which incorporated a fully glazed frameless door leading to the refurbished formal staircase within the heart of the building.
