The project comprised of a newbuild convenience store measuring 375m² plus the refurbishment of an existing barn to accommodate a 95m² retail unit.

Soft and hard landscaping with associated car parking were also provided on this site which is adjacent to a conservation area on Lincoln Road in Wragby.
