The project site lies within the small hamlet of Haceby, near Sleaford.

The proposed two storey side extension and new entrance lobby intends to enhance and compliment the stone built cottage. The new extension when viewed from the front provides a unified response to the existing condition with traditional detailing and proportions.

The rear elevation is more open with large glazed openings and a balcony, to provide long views to the countryside beyond.
