The site is located at Burton Waters marina development on the outskirts of Lincoln.

The brief was to create bespoke modern studio accommodation to meet with the demands of a flexible working environment.

Constructed in buff brickwork the building displays a vocabulary reminiscent of a simple boathouse structure.

A key architectural feature of the building are the glazed screens set within the gables spanning two storeys which offer views over the marina and surrounding countryside.
