The principle building elevations are designed to address the frontages facing both the access road and the site entrance. The appearance of the building is a simple modern commercial facility with clean, uncluttered lines utilising clay facing bricks and powder coated composite cladding.  The brickwork to the base of the building gives way to cladding above with clerestory glazing incorporated into the design
