The project involved altering and extending an existing detached urban house located in Lincoln.

The brief was to create open plan living, dining and kitchen accommodation and to exploit the potential for outdoor living giving greater connection with the garden.

The design reflects the long narrow plot configuration to create a contemporary addition which exploits the potential for daylight and garden views. Large sliding doors give direct access to the garden.
