Some elevations are designed as formal elevations facing the street which utilises a part-render gable which enhances the entrance to the development as well as making a reference to the suburban character of the area with its ‘garden village’ origins. A one-off property acts as a termination to the development situated at the head of the scheme. Care has been taken to present a buildings which respect the setting and the existing residential amenity.
