Situated on the site of a former church hall the project provides a total of fourteen affordable homes comprising 8 two-bedroom and 6 four-bedroom properties available for rent by the housing association L & H Homes.

The project takes account of specific site conditions and provides appropriately scaled buildings. The layout observes established building lines in order to harmonise with the existing houses and help ‘repair’ the street at this point.

The scheme is the first Code for Sustainable Homes level 4 to be built in North Lincolnshire. Key sustainable design features include super insulated elemental values, green guide A+ timber frame, air exhaust heat pumps to provide space and water heating, solar thermal hot water heating, low water usage and communal rainwater harvesting.
