The project involved the refurbishment and extension to the Grade II Listed Building located at Brayford Pool, Lincoln.

The unique modern structure of in-situ concrete presented an opportunity to provide three individual restaurant units each taking advantage of the waterside aspect to the south.

The planning process involved extensive consultation with CABE and English Heritage in order to ensure the future preservation of this important local building.
