
Convenience store – Morton
The site falls within Morton Conservation Area and involved the demolition of an existing building. The scheme delivered a newbuild convenience store measuring 279m² and associated support facilities.
The site is at a key junction within the village and provides a visual reference point within the general scene.

Convenience store – Wragby
The project comprised of a newbuild convenience store measuring 375m² plus the refurbishment of an existing barn to accommodate a 95m² retail unit.
Soft and hard landscaping with associated car parking were also provided on this site which is adjacent to a conservation area on Lincoln Road in Wragby.

Convenience Store – Hykeham
This development involved the demolition of the existing garages on-site to accommodate a new Lincolnshire Co-Operative Society convenience store and pharmacy in North Hykeham, Lincolnshire.
The building mirrors the building line of the adjacent properties, whilst optimally addressing sight vistas towards the site. The copper green entrance canopy allows the entrance to be clearly visible while its detailing and proportions offer aesthetic interest to the store.

Convenience Store – Scrawby
Located adjacent to the Scawby conservation area the convenience store reflects the design and scale of its context to integrate this new service within the village.
Prominent features throughout the building include traditional stonewalling, feature stone dressings and ornate brick detailing. Such vernacular architectural motifs are used within the scheme to offer visual interest and delineate the openings and entrances to the store.
Using high-quality materials these traditional details are given subtle accentuations through variations in the colour and texture

The ARC – Scunthorpe
The Westcliff neighbourhood is one of the poorest neighbourhoods in North Lincolnshire with significant deprivation indices. The estate received some notoriety through its exposure on the television programme “Skint”.
This project forms part of a wider neighbourhood regeneration initiative with substantial investment focused on the Westcliff estate. The five project objectives are:

Ashtree Close – Belton
The scheme proposes 16 affordable residential dwellings, which take the form of 12 semi-detached and detached houses and 4 detached bungalows. They encompass the Homes and Communities agency’s Housing Quality Indicator layout & space standards.
